Clinical competency was negatively correlated with clinical practice stress (r=?.164, p£¼.05) and positively correlated with, resiliance (r=.249, p£¼.01), selfefficacy (r=.343, p£¼.01). The affecting factors on clinical competency self-efficacy (¥â= .263, p£¼.01). These variables explained 12.5% of total variance on clinical competency.
